A couple of days ago we where able to finally harvest some of the shitakis we have been growing. I figured a good way to showcase the mushrooms was to make a shitaki and cheese pizza. Just looked this morning and it seems like I’m going to have to do another harvest today, I’m thinking of making shitaki chicken stuffed raviolis.
